”I’ve been practising yoga with Lisa for many years now. I began attending classes after a difficult period of stress and anxiety, immediately feeling in tune with Lisa and the way she shares her passion for yoga and the power it has. 1-1 yoga has been something I’ve immediately connected with, as Lisa has an ability to listen, hear and translate emotions into a practice. She creates a safe, non-judgemental and welcoming space in which to share feelings, using these to construct a unique practice to explore and heal. Lisa has a rare gift to understand the complexities of mind and body, making for a cathartic experience far beyond a standard class. I always leave Lisa’s classes feeling calmed and grounded and cannot express what an integral part of my journey she has been over the years.”
